The Estate and Elder Planning Center

The Estate and Elder Planning Center (EEPC) was created to provide seniors with an opportunity to receive quality, timely information about managing and protecting their assets. Through its office in Franklin, Tenn., the EEPC helps seniors in Middle Tennessee answer questions concerning proper asset division, gifting and long-term care – including Medicaid rules, VA qualification criteria, and financial and care planning strategies.
